NASA endeavor STEM leadership certificate
I was able to complete one and half year STEM training to get NASA Endeavour STEM leadership teaching certificate. The courses studied for this certificate are:
● Methods of STEM Education* [Grades k-12]
● Math Connections to STEM Education [Grades k-12
● Reading and Writing in the Science Classroom. Target Grade(s): 2-9
● Practicum in STEM Leadership. Target Grade(s): K-12
● The graduation project was creating a professional workshop for a STEM topic

Google project management certificate
I was able to finish google project management certificate. This a project based learning module with 5 levels of studying, testing and applying concepts. This was followed by a capstone level where I was able to virtually plan, execute, finalize and evaluate a project.
Project management concepts covered were:
1. Initiation phase of projects with the needs analysis using OKR.
2. Planning the projects through the waterfall strategy using google sheets and Asana.
3. Planning the projects using the agile strategy and all its different tools.
4. Implementing the project while managing different tasks, milestones, budget, and risks.
5. Executing and analysing all data related to the project.
Content development:
● Developing integrated chemistry and earth science curriculum with Kognity and QBS for learning
● Creating questions and other teaching resources for Nagwa company targeting EG,KSA, UK and USA elementary curriculums
American University in Egypt:
● Training science and math teachers on teaching strategies
● Revamping the course content to follow the project-based learning methodology
School: under my supervision the school got the 8th position on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in SAAT standardized national exams for the academic year 2017-2018.
School: under my supervision the school got the 3rd position on the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the SAAT standardized national exam for the academic year 2018-2019.
School: science-STEM fair under the theme “life on Mars with the name NASA-Alanjal” was attended by the ministry representative and many schools of Al-Ahsaa.

King Abdul-Aziz and his companion’s foundation for giftness and creativity: teaching and supervising many talented STEM based programs. The talented students got one gold and two silver medals in chemistry. Our students were competing in the chemistry Olympics on international level.
Educational research: making a research paper on the usage of PBL in planning a chemistry chapter and how did this affect students’ engagement and results in both formative and summative assessments.
Scientific research: training the students on the scientific research skills which helped in achieving the third and fourth position on AL-Ahsaa in scientific research
