A resourceful and persistent Online Learning Professional with 8+ years of work experience. I bring a unique view of learner experience, pedagogy, and technology to the design and development of online learning experiences. While being very pragmatic and practical, I am committed in my work to bridge the gap between the evidence-based theoretical knowledge and the daily practice. I enjoy overcoming challenges in the various life cycles of designing a learning experience from design and conceptualization, crafting the right learning activities, and the final representation on the LMS.
When it comes to online learning, I have been an online learner, a designer, a developer, and a client. This granted a unique perspective when tackling new online learning projects.
